Ripptide Art & Design is a multidisciplinary studio founded by artist Jessica Ripp-Eichner, based on the North Shore of Oahu. Inspired by movement, texture and the natural rhythm of water and nature, Ripptide blends fine art, photography, graphic design, and textile work into a cohesive visual language.

A Nebraska native, Jess has been creating artworks and expressing via multiple mediums from a very early age. In most recent years, the ocean, nature and travelling have served as her muse. Each piece - whether painted, photographed, designed or sewn - is rooted in storytelling and crafted by hand. Ripptide is not bound to one medium, but instead flows between them, embracing creativity where it leads.

 

She specializes in a multitude of fine art, including: surfboard deck design, pencil/graphite, acrylic and oil painting, as well as collaging, murals, sculpture, pen and ink, spray paint, paint pens, chalk, sewing, and graphic design.
